BRISTOL PARK MEDICAL GROUP AND UNITED HEALTHCARE REACH PREFERRED PROVIDER AGREEMENT

Tustin, CA - May 20, 2010 - Bristol Park Medical Group, one of Orange County's top-rated medical groups, and United Healthcare (UHC), one of the nation's largest insurance company providers have reached an agreement that once again puts Bristol Park's 10 medical facilities on the list as "Preferred Medical Providers" for UHC PPO plans effective June 1, 2010.

This agreement covers all United Healthcare PPO plan patients and all PacifiCare PPO plan patients. PacifiCare, now a division of UHC, has had a long-standing (over 25 years) HMO contract relationship with Bristol Park Medical Group.

Over the past two years, Bristol Park has again been honored multiple times as one of the top-rated physician groups in both Orange County and the state of California, by the Integrated Healthcare Association (www.iha.org), California Association of Physician Groups (www.capg.org), and the Office of the Patient Advocate of the state of California (www.opa.ca.gov).
