Beginning January 1, 2010, Secure Horizon's enrollees can have the best of both worlds, all of the financial benefits of Plan 2 now delivered by your favorite Bristol Park physician.

A simple phone call with do it. Whether you're on one of the other Secure Horizons plans and want to switch to Plan 2 or are already on Plan 2 and wish to come back to your Bristol Park physician, you can do so by calling the Member Services number on the back of your Secure Horizons member ID card.
