Beginning January 1, 2010, you can once again have the best of both worlds, all of the financial benefits of the Secure Horizons AARP MedicareComplete Plan 2 now delivered by your favorite Bristol Park physician.
A Simple Phone Call Will Do It!
Whether you're on one of the other Secure Horizons MedicareComplete plans and want to switch to Plan 2 or wish to switch your physician to Bristol Park, you can do so during the upcoming Medicare Annual Election Period (November 15, through December 31). To change to Plan2, simply call the Secure Horizons representative who signed you up. To change to a Bristol Park physician, notify Secure Horizons by calling the member services number on your member ID card.
Of course, the Annual Election Period is also your opportunity to change health plans for 2010 if you've found that your current plan or insurance carrier is not right for you. Here is a list of the Medicare Advantage health plans accepted at Bristol Park for 2010.
