Through a single sign-in to the secure, password-protected BPM DocsOnline you'll get access to both programs. Here's what you'll gain as a registered user:

To take advantage of any of the features, click on the link to register and establish your account. Please note: you must be a Bristol Park Medical Group established patient to use BPM DocsOnline.
Due to the addition of PHT and the laws governing patient confidentiality, if you have been utilizing BPM DocsOnline prior to June 4, 2007, you will need to re-register. We apologize for any inconvenience. The security of your personal medical information is our utmost priority.
Parents/Guardians may use their own sign-on to correspond with their children's (under age 18) or their own physicians in the iConnect program. To build personal health records or access information under Personal Health Tracker, each family member, regardless of age, must have their own personal sign-on and password. Parents/Guardians may manage this for all children under the age of 18.
